The LGBTQ Awareness Group of Arizona, Inc. will...
Educate
Educate the general public, community businesses, and local governmental agencies to the issues and needs affecting the LGBTQ community.

Provide educational outreach to persons involved with the LGBTQ community.
Advocate
Advocate on behalf of LGBTQ individuals and the LGBTQ community with businesses, local governmental and non-profit social service agencies, and the general public.
Facilitate
Facilitate the exchange of ideas and resources to further recognize and celebrate the substantial achievements within our community.
Promote
Promote a positive image of the LGBTQ community pride with inclusive and diverse representation.
Empower
Empower LGBTQ individuals, families and community towards effective self advocacy.

Assist the Mohave County LGBTQ youth and seniors that are homeless and/or abused to get off the streets and get connected with safe, supportive resources.

Provide advocacy, and when possible, resource assistance to Transgender individuals who are transitioning and preparing for pre-op or are post-op for gender confirmation surgery.
